2020 has been a tumultuous year for many. Mark "Hutch" Hutchinson from Bucknell's Theatre and Dance Department led the Arts First participants through a guided meditation to start their Bucknell experience. He's going to share that meditation along with reflections on the semester and how it has impacted students.
